1. ACCEPTANCE
By installing and using Personal Assist ("the App"),
you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. DESCRIPTION
Personal Assist is a productivity tool that connects
to your Google account to help you manage emails,
calendar events, and tasks using AI assistance.
3. USE OF THE APP
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App
- Not use the App to send spam or unsolicited emails
- Keep your Google account credentials secure
4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
- The App uses AI (OpenAI GPT-4) to generate
email drafts and chat responses
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated
content before sending or acting on it
- We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated content
5. GOOGLE ACCOUNT ACCESS
- You grant the App permission to access your Google
account data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You can revoke access at any time via
myaccount.google.com/permissions
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of AI-generated content
- Compatibility with all Google Workspace configurations
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from your use of the App.
8. CHANGES TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App
at any time without notice.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
